Solution 1:

You need to identify whether modal-body has reached bottom as you are scrolling modal-body so change window to modal-body as below:

$('.modal-body').scroll(function() {
  if($(this).scrollTop() + $(this).innerHeight() >= this.scrollHeight) {
       alert('reached bottom');
  }
});
