Removed:

.special,.special .jumbotron{
    height:100%;
}

Added

@media only screen and (min-width: 768px) {
.special,.special .jumbotron
{height: 100%;
}
}

This stopped the Jumbotron forcing 100% height on mobiles which was causing the elements to be hidden.
